Arthur is Elvis Sinatra’s manager (to the extent anyone can manage Elvis Sinatra). But he is first and foremost the biggest fan of the Elvis Sinatra performance and the song-writing talent of George Leonard. Arthur has a communications background working for conglomerates like WinStar Communications, News Corporation, and Time Warner’s DC Comics (where he was Batman’s boss and involved in the hugely successful Death of Superman series). He served as a cameraman for George Leonard in his earlier persona as star of the outer space cable TV variety show Commander Video. Arthur and wife Catherine were instrumental in introducing Elvis Sinatra to France where his popularity unexpectedly took off and continues to soar. Arthur divides his time between NYC and his wife’s ancestral home in the upper Loire Valley (pictured here).
